9 months have flown by! Our little Evelyn has just been growing like a weed! She has been crawling up a storm! She can also pull herself up to her knees. She still enjoys being able to play with all her friends at daycare as well as her best friend down the street, Sydnee! :) Every night she likes to take our puppies for a walk followed by bathtime!! We're still trying to get back on track to sleeping through the night--we had it for a while, but somehow lost that skill. Hopefully Dr. Ferber will help us regain that milestone again!

Little Red Wagon

What is a childhood without a little, red wagon? Shaun (aka Daddy) decided that Evelyn should one of these classic toys! :) She loves riding in it, especially when the dogs trot along side!

Mobile Monster

Yes! Evelyn is mobile now! :) She has learned how to move her knees and hands just right to get forward motion!! She's still a little slow at it, but it's official!

Ok, Ok! I know she doesn't know what she's saying, but you can't help but get a huge smile on your face when you hear her say "mama!" :)

Summer is flying by!

I hadn't realized that it has been more than a month since my last posting!! Bad blogger! So here is just a sampling of what has been going on with our family! :)

Evelyn is 8 months old now--I can't believe it! She isn't crawling (yet) but gets closer everyday! She loves to get into crawling position and then just push herself back into the sitting position! She now has her two bottom teeth and I think more will be arriving soon! She is such a sweet baby....we are such lucky parents!

We've been spending some time at our community pool! Seen here with her BFF Sydnee! :)

We went down to Wichita Falls for cousin Jenny's wedding--she was a beautiful bride!!

The large, blue hippo has swallowed our little Evelyn, but she doesn't seem to mind! :)

Our Day at the Botanical Garden

We decided to take advantage of a beautiful Saturday afternoon by visiting the Oklahoma City Botanical Gardens. I had visited the park before, but neither of us had been inside their "Crystal Bridge." The Bridge is basically a very large greenhouse in the middle of the park going over a pond. We were able to take some pictures of some very beautiful flowers as well as our cute little girl! :)
